For restaurants in Nigeria

Take orders from your own customers, not through somebody else’s app.

WhatsApp, your own storefront and your counter, all into one kitchen screen, with every customer record kept by you.

Nothing to install and nothing to pay today. Already with us? Log in.

On a marketplace, the customer is theirs.

A delivery app brings you orders, and keeps the people who placed them. You see a first name and an order number. You do not know who ordered twice last month and stopped, who orders every Friday, or who spent the most this year. You cannot message any of them.

So every month you pay for the same customers again, and when the commission rises or the listing moves, there is no list to fall back on. The restaurant did the cooking; the marketplace owns the relationship. Anty Food exists to put that the right way round.

How it works

The same six steps for a WhatsApp order, a storefront order and an order at the counter.

  1. The customer messages you

On your own WhatsApp number, or opens your storefront, or walks in. Your menu, your prices, your photos.

  2. They order

The assistant takes the order in chat, checks the address and confirms what is in stock.

  3. They pay

Through a licensed payment company. The money settles to your own bank account as the order is paid.

  4. The kitchen sees it

On the kitchen screen the moment it is paid, with a timer, and the customer is told when it is being cooked.

  5. A rider delivers

Ours or yours, dispatched from the screen, with live tracking the customer can follow.

  6. The customer record is yours

Name, number, what they ordered and when, in your own dashboard, exportable whenever you want.

What you get

Everything a restaurant needs to sell direct, in one account, from the day it is set up.

WhatsApp ordering

Orders taken in chat on your own number, paid before they reach the kitchen.

Your own storefront

A website on your own address with your menu, hours and an order button.

Kitchen screen

Every paid order on one screen, accepted, cooking, ready, with the clock running.

Rider dispatch and tracking

Riders offered the job from the screen; the customer follows the delivery live.

Point of sale

Walk-in orders rung through the same system, with receipts and a shift close.

Inventory

Recipes, pots cooked, portions sold and what is left, spoken to the kitchen’s WhatsApp.

Customer records

Who ordered, how often, what they spend, who has gone quiet. Yours to keep and to message.

Loyalty

Points and rewards on the customer’s phone number, with offers only to those who said yes.

Monthly business review

The document a group’s management reads each month: the business across every channel, the menu, the money.

Pricing

Two charges, stated in full. Everything we do not do is listed as well, because that is where marketplaces earn.

Single restaurant

One branch, everything above.

14%commission on the food value of orders placed through the platform
₦30,000a month, flat platform fee
  • No setup fee, no contract, no notice period
  • Payment settles to your own bank account as each order is paid, through a licensed payment company, not on a payout cycle
  • Your customer records stay yours, and you can message them
  • Delivery is paid by the customer to the rider; we take no commission on it
Sign up your restaurant

What we do not do

  • We do not mark up your menu prices
  • We do not charge the customer a markup on your food
  • We do not hold your money or pay you on a cycle
  • We do not keep your customers from you

Multi-branch chains

Pricing by arrangement, with the chain-wide review, branch comparison and one customer list across branches.

Talk to us

The customer sees the menu price, the delivery fee and a 7% service fee as separate lines at checkout, never folded into a menu price. A refunded order is never charged commission. If we ever add a charge, you will hear it from us before you see it on a bill.

Who it is for

A single restaurant

One kitchen, one number, one storefront. Set up in an afternoon, by you or by a rep who visits.

A few branches

Each branch its own kitchen screen and riders; one login that sees them all and a customer list they share.

A multi-branch chain

Every branch compared on one page each month, the menu engineered across the estate, pricing by arrangement.

Contact

Message us, email us, or ask for a visit and somebody comes to the restaurant.

Emailhello@antyvirtual.com

Restaurants, riders and business development all sign in at the same place: my.antyvirtual.com.

Ask for a visit

Either one is enough. If you would rather not give a number yet, an email is fine and we will write first.

No card, no commitment. Somebody comes to you, sets it up in about fifteen minutes, and you decide afterwards.
