The statement
Anty Virtual LLC does not use client data, or a client’s customers’ data, to train, fine-tune or improve any machine-learning model, and does not permit any supplier to do so with identifiable data. This covers call audio, transcripts, messages, orders, feedback, menus, contacts and everything else the platform holds for a business. Where a supplier’s terms allow it to use aggregated, de-identified statistics to run its own service, that is stated below rather than glossed over.
Our own models
We train none. Every model the platform uses is a supplier’s, called through its API one request at a time. We keep no corpus of calls or messages for model work, and the assistants are configured with a business’s own knowledge base at the time of the request, not by training.
The suppliers’ terms
| Supplier | What it does | What its terms say, as read | Source |
|---|---|---|---|
| Anthropic | The language model behind the assistants: reading a menu photo, suggesting feedback tags, drafting a review reply, the general assistant. One message at a time; no customer roster is ever sent. | Anthropic’s Commercial Terms of Service, section B (Customer Content): "Anthropic may not train models on Customer Content from Services." | https://www.anthropic.com/legal/commercial-terms (effective 17 June 2025); read 27 September 2026 |
| Retell AI | The voice agent for Anty Voice: the phone number, the call itself, the recording and the transcript. | Retell’s Terms of Service permit Retell to use "aggregated and de-identified data derived from Customer’s and its consumer’s use of the Services for purposes of operating, improving, and developing the Services"; identifiable content is not used for training under those terms, and recording can be switched off per agent. Retell’s calls run over carriers Retell names in its documentation (Twilio, Telnyx, Vonage); which carrier holds Anty Virtual’s numbers is being confirmed with Retell. | https://www.retellai.com/terms-of-service (effective 1 June 2026); https://docs.retellai.com/deploy/custom-telephony; read 27 September 2026 |
Read plainly: Anthropic is barred by its own commercial terms from training on anything we send. Retell does not train on identifiable content under its terms, and may use aggregated, de-identified usage statistics to run and improve its service; a business that wants no recording at all can switch recording off per agent, and recordings are in any case deleted at Retell when the business’s retention period lapses (retention). The database, hosting and email suppliers (Supabase, Vercel, Resend) are limited by their agreements to providing their service; their terms are on the sub-processor page.
What the AI actually does
- Anty Voice answers the phone with the business’s hours, services and prices, books an appointment or takes a message. It never quotes a price the business has not set, never takes a payment, never confirms one. A person at the business decides everything that affects a customer.
- Anty Connect replies to WhatsApp and Instagram messages the same way, and hands to a person when asked or when it is unsure.
- Anty Food uses a model to read a menu photograph into a draft the restaurant corrects before anything is published, and to suggest tags on customer feedback.
- Anty Cards drafts a reply to a Google review for the business to approve, edit or discard. Nothing is posted without a person.
Callers and customers are told they are dealing with an automated assistant, and can ask for a person at any time. Questions: privacy@antyvirtual.com.
